If you have been a customer of Pure O2 for some time, as many of you are, you will already know that customer satisfaction and after sales care is a key priority for our team. With that focus in mind we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you know you can always call us with any queries, concerns or questions you may have, no matter how small or urgent. However, we also like to prevent any emergency repairs or recoveries by encouraging proactive preventative care and maintenance of oxygen concentrators. One way to help look after your oxygen concentrator is to ensure it is serviced regularly. We particularly recommend servicing your portable oxygen concentrator in preparation for a holiday.
Pure O2 was founded by a combination of medics and engineers, so we have always been able to maintain and repair portable oxygen concentrators, whilst understanding the medical implications for customers oxygen requirements. We provide support for our customers around the clock, not just at the end of the phone but also in a technical capacity. We have a dedicated service centre which is run by fully qualified engineers with experience in a diverse range of engineering backgrounds. All servicing is carried out in line with each unit’s highest manufacturing guidelines and standards. All the manufacturers and equipment we use and supply comply with the international standard ISO 13485 and/or IS09001. As part of our high standards, we always aim to return your oxygen concentrator to you within two to five working days fully serviced and ready to use.
Don’t worry about your oxygen requirements whilst your unit is being serviced as we can offer you a loan unit whilst your equipment is away. There is no need for you to interrupt your normal day-to-day activities. You can find out more on our Service and Support page.
When you are booking your oxygen concentrator for servicing in preparation for a holiday you can also talk to our friendly team about using your oxygen concentrator on board your flight or cruise ship. Our customer care personnel are very experienced in communicating with operators to organise this on your behalf.
