Pure O2 was founded by a combination of medics and engineers, so we have always been able to maintain and repair portable oxygen concentrators, whilst understanding the medical implications for customers oxygen requirements. We provide support for our customers around the clock, not just at the end of the phone but also in a technical capacity.  We have a dedicated service centre which is run by fully qualified engineers with experience in a diverse range of engineering backgrounds.  All servicing is carried out in line with each unit’s highest manufacturing guidelines and standards. All the manufacturers and equipment we use and supply comply with the international standard ISO 13485 and/or IS09001. As part of our high standards, we always aim to return your oxygen concentrator to you within two to five working days fully serviced and ready to use.

How can I manage without my portable oxygen concentrator during servicing in preparation for a holiday?

Don’t worry about your oxygen requirements whilst your unit is being serviced as we can offer you a loan unit whilst your equipment is away.  There is no need for you to interrupt your normal day-to-day activities. You can find out more on our Service and Support page.

Preparation for a holiday when using an oxygen concentrator

When you are booking your oxygen concentrator for servicing in preparation for a holiday you can also talk to our friendly team about  using your oxygen concentrator on board your flight or cruise ship.
