Respironics Simply Go

The Respironics Simply Go portable oxygen concentrator, from reputable manufacturer Philips, is a robust yet lightweight unit which is easily portable.  It can be carried over the shoulder using the shoulder strap bag or fitted to a trolley for pulling along behind you. 

The surprising feature of this portable oxygen concentrator is that it can deliver pulse or continuous air flow in a single device.  What’s more is that if you have chosen to select the pulse option the machine will monitor your breathing. How to use the Respironics Simply Go portable oxygen concentrator

As its name suggests, it really is easy to use this Respironics Simply Go machine.  If you haven’t used a portable oxygen concentrator before and you are concerned about how to operate this unit you might be interested in watching our short video where the operation is demonstrated. As you can see from the image the buttons are clear and easy to see and use.  All you need to do to make this work for you and deliver you oxygen is:

1. ensure the battery is slotted into the back of the machine
2. fit the cannula to your nose
3. attach the cannula to the unit
4. turn the machine on
5. select the mode – pulse, continuous or night time
6. use the plus and minus buttons to select the flow rate
7. use the detachable shoulder strap to carry the unit in its bag over your shoulder, or detach the strap and fix the bag to the trolley wheels
