Ex demo & reconditioned oxygen concentrators

Why would you want to buy an ex demo or reconditioned unit?

At Pure O2 it is all about enabling COPD sufferers to have access to oxygen to enhance their lives, mobility, well being and freedom.  However we recognise that not everyone’s budget can stretch to a brand new oxygen concentrator.  That is why we offer alternative options to buying a new portable oxygen concentrator.  Firstly you could try hiring or if you prefer to have your own unit why not look at the selection of concentrators in our ex demo and reconditioned units range. We know that you will have lots of questions about these units, like ‘what is an ex demo or reconditioned oxygen concentrator?’…

Everything you need to know about ex-demo oxygen concentrators

Our ex demo units offer excellent value for money, as they are priced much lower than a new oxygen concentrator.  You may be concerned that these ex demo units are old and tired but that is simply not the case.  Our ex demo units are just as the name suggests; they have been used by our company engineers to demonstrate how an oxygen concentrator works.  This means that although they may have been out of their box or bag on numerous occasions, they actually have a very low usage rate. They may have a slightly reduced warranty, but they are all fully tested and in excellent working condition.

What is a reconditioned oxygen concentrator?

Reconditioned oxygen concentrators are units where certain key parts have been replaced.  Our engineers are very experienced in oxygen concentrator maintenance, service and repair so you can rest assured that these units represent great value for money.  We also have pre-owned oxygen concentrators.  These machines have been sold back to Pure O2 by our customers when they are no longer required.  Again these are fully checked and serviced by our engineers.

Buying an ex demo or reconditioned unit means you still get all the benefits of owning an oxygen concentrator but without being out of pocket. All these units come with a seven day money back guarantee so there is no risk to you.  If you want to check the chosen unit suits your needs you have a seven day cooling off period in which you can return the unit to us if you are not happy.

To find out more about our ex demo and reconditioned units give us a call and speak to one of our friendly team.  You can reach us a number of ways;

  1. on our 24 hour helpline on 0870 712 0202,
  2. on our UK freephone number (9am – 5pm)
  3. on 0800 145 5902
  4. Alternatively if you’re are calling from overseas you can use our international number +44 (0)161 747 2617.

We look forward to being able to help you with your oxygen needs soon.
