Who would you ask if you needed advice about oxygen concentrators? Obviously, you would be looking for advice from people with expertise, experience and knowledge, not just of oxygen concentrators, but the many reasons why you may need to use them. Pure O2 has served the oxygen using industry for over 20 years. We don’t just sell and rent oxygen concentrators, but we service and repair them too. Our friendly team understands how they work and we have the expertise in house to maintain machines to keep them working continuously. The team at Pure O2 is always at the end of the phone to answer all of your questions, however minor and mundane. We recognise that every question is important to you, so it is important to us too. You don’t need to just take our word for it though – check out our testimonials page to read what many of our oxygen users or their carers say about our service.
Below we look at some of the questions we regularly get asked, which might answer some of your queries too. However please feel free to contact us as we realise that you may have similar questions that relate to your own particular needs.

How do I know which oxygen concentrator will suit my medical requirements?
As you will see from our product pages we have a variety of oxygen concentrators, both portable and stationary, which may seem like a daunting range from which to select the right one for you. Don’t worry though as we will guide you through the options to make sure we find the best fit for your requirements and your pocket. Our friendly team will ask you some questions about your needs and medical situation, as well as obtaining information supplied by your medical practitioner.
Do I have to buy an oxygen concentrator or can I borrow one?
At Pure O2 we know that not everyone has the funds to purchase a new oxygen concentrator. Therefore, we have created a number of options to enable our oxygen users to access the machines they need to make a big difference to their mobility and lifestyle. You don’t even need to buy an oxygen concentrator, you can just hire it from us. Alternatively we have a range of ex-demo and refurbished units which we can sell you at a much lower cost than the new machines, representing great value for money.
What happens if I no longer need my oxygen concentrator?
Don’t worry about being stuck with an oxygen concentrator that you no longer require – we can buy it back from you. It will be thoroughly checked and serviced and offered to other users on the refurbished scheme as mentioned above.
Can I go on holiday with an oxygen concentrator?
Many of our portable oxygen concentrators are FAA approved which means you can take them on board many airlines as well as cruise liners. Our customer service team are very experienced in helping to obtain the correct paperwork for your travel operator, so the process will be seamless enabling you to focus on what to pack in your suitcase.
We are sure you will have many other questions you want to ask us, some of which you may find here.
